The appointments bolster the organization’s global leadership team, with Solve.Care continuing to extend its Asian footprint.
Kyiv, Ukraine — Thursday, 16th April — Solve.Care, the global healthcare platform that aims to redefine the current healthcare system by leveraging blockchain technology, has announced the appointment of two new hires, Sandra Hannon as Global Head of Human Resources, and Eleanor Cahill as Regional Director, Asia Pacific. The appointments serve to further bolster Solve.Care’s leadership team, while facilitating its continued expansion in the Asia Pacific region.
Sandra Hannon brings more than 20 years of experience in human resources, personnel management, and talent development to the Solve.Care team. Prior to joining Solve.Care, Sandra served as Global HR Business Partner of LR Energy Inspection, where she led the HR Talent Working Group — an internal initiative specifically aimed at identifying and growing talent.
As Global Head of HR, Sandra will play a key role in the development and upskilling of employees as the Solve.Care team continues to expand. Ensuring the smooth operation of HRM (Human Resource Management) activities, Sandra will provide strategic counsel on all people-related matters, as well as overseeing the recruitment, training, and development of employees.
Commenting on her appointment, Sandra said, “Solve.Care is a fast-growing and truly innovative company, committed to putting power back into the hands of patients as they navigate their individual health journeys. I am delighted to be a part of Solve.Care’s immensely talented global team as we work towards the critical mission of transforming healthcare.”
Eleanor Cahill will also join the Solve.Care team as Regional Director, Asia Pacific. Eleanor joins Solve.Care from global professional services firm Aon, where she served in various positions over the last decade. With a proven track record in program management, business transformation, and operational efficiency, Eleanor will be responsible for driving the development of Solve.Care in the Asia Pacific region.
Commenting on the company’s growth trajectory, Eleanor said, “Solve.Care’s commitment to transforming the delivery of healthcare and improving the lives of patients around the world is something to behold. Through partnerships with tech and pharmaceutical giants such as Uber Health and Boehringer Ingelheim, Solve.Care has solidified its position on the world stage and, following the opening of a new global headquarters in Singapore late last year, I am thrilled to be joining the company as we seek to build on this momentum and expand our presence in Asia.”
Commenting on the company’s new hires, Pradeep Goel, CEO of Solve.Care, said, “As Solve.Care continues to cement its global presence, we are committed to onboarding the most qualified and dedicated workforce to lead our organization to success. Both Sandra and Eleanor bring new perspectives and skillsets to Solve.Care and their knowledge, counsel, and expertise will be crucial to Solve.Care as we continue to scale in the Asia Pacific region.”
